This class is quintessential training for all levels.\n\n19 Form is the beginner Chen Tai Chi open-handed form, developed in 1994 by Grandmaster Chen Xiao Wang, 19th Chen Taijiquan lineage holder.\nThe prerequisites for 19 Form are posture, shifting, stepping, Silk Reeling, and familiarity with the 19 Form sequence from Chi Force’s corresponding online course.\nStanding begins at 11:00 AM and 19 Form at 11:30 AM EST.
