Standing Mountain Qigong & 19 Form Online Class

The ancient practice of zhan zhuang or standing training, is described by Master Ren as Standing Mountain. The practice builds a deep balance, calms the mind with stillness, while unblocking and stimulating the flow of qi, or internal energy, throughout the body. This class is for all levels.

19 Form is the beginner Chen Tai Chi open-handed from, developed in 1994 by Grandmaster Chen Xiao Wang, 19th Chen Taijiquan lineage holder. The prerequisites for 19 Form are posture, shifting, stepping, Silk Reeling, and familiarity with the 19 Form sequence from Chi Force’s corresponding online course

Standing begins at 11:00 AM and 19 Form at 11:30 AM EST. The Zoom link will be sent 1-3 days prior to class.
