Can I share Chi Force with a friend?

You may purchase our membership or any course for another person. Please contact us afterward to complete your friend’s registration.

How do I connect with the Chi Force community?

If you are a member or have bought a course, please login and navigate to My Groups in the left-hand panel. On the tab bar, you have the options to access, Friends, Groups, or Forums.

How long do I have access to a course?

If you have bought the course, you have life-time access. Otherwise, you have access for the duration of your membership.

How do I change my password?

After logging in, choose My Settings from the left-hand panel. Under General, you may change your password.

What if I’ve lost my password?

After you click on the Login button at the top-right of the website, choose Lost your Password.

How do I view my orders?

Go to, and click on the tab Orders.

How do I change my payment information?

Go to, and click on the tab Payment Methods. Delete or add a new payment method.

How do I cancel my membership?

Go to and click on the tab My Subscription. Click on the Cancel button to cancel your membership.

After canceling your membership, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing period. Please note that canceling your membership will not provide refunds.

What is your merchandise return policy?

Chi Force will accept returns on unused merchandise if you notify us of your request within 7 days of your receipt and initiate shipment back to us within 10 days of the order shipment date. All international orders are final and cannot be returned. In order to be eligible for a return, you must return the merchandise in the original packaging in the condition in which you received it, unwashed, all tags and packaging include. Chi Force reserves the right to deny a refund upon inspection of the merchandise.

Customers who return eligible merchandise in accordance with the terms of this policy will receive a refund of amounts paid for the eligible merchandise less the cost of $8.50 USD for return shipping.

Please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for inspection and your account to be refunded. We will send an email once we have completed the refund process.
