In this class, you will learn the fundamental postures and principles of Tai Chi. Topics may include finding your center, learning how to relax into your posture, how qi flows, and where it is stored within your body. These central lessons will help you to improve your strength, flexibility, and balance. By thoroughly mastering the basics, you will be prepared for more advanced forms, concepts, and exercises.
