She is also the designer and website administrator behind the scenes for Chi Force’s website and social media accounts.

Frances began learning Chen Taijiquan from Stephan Berwick in 2007 at his school, True Tai Chi in Northern Virginia. She had explored various forms of martial arts and Tai Chi before discovering the perfect fit in Chen Taijiquan. The practice not only posed a physical and mental challenge but also emerged as a unique source of relaxation and mental calm for her.

After years of dedicated training with Stephan, including private sessions and seminars with the Chen family, she transitioned into teaching. During pregnancy, Tai Chi became her go-to exercise, inspiring her to create a nurturing and gentle Tai Chi for Pregnancy routine.

Today, Frances shares her Taiji expertise online and in-person, focusing on internal awareness. Her teachings emphasize utilizing Tai Chi for relaxation and overall well-being, making it accessible to all.
