Standing Mountain

Our live class is an information-packed session on the practice of “standing”, which Master Ren describes as “Standing Mountain”.  The session starts with a warm-up, followed by simple weight-bearing stances that will improve your posture, awaken your legs, and help you find the Tai Chi body – all to fortify your progress and enjoyment of Tai Chi practice.
