Introducing Tai Chi: Chi Force FREE Course

The format consists of two sections for each lesson: an introduction followed by a demonstration and practice led by Alan Bandes and Jonathan Miller—Chi Force instructors with decades of experience.  Following Jon and Alan, we encourage you to review each lesson multiple times and practice them individually you understand and feel the movement before moving on to the next lesson.

As you embark on our free Tai Chi program, get inspiration from Tai Chi devotee, Jeff, a student of internationally known Chen Tai Chi instructor and Chi Force associate, Stephan Berwick. Jeff gained deep relief from a severe neurological condition from his practice of Tai Chi.
